  • What's the minimum item order for screen printing?

    The minimum order for screen printing is 12 to 20 items per design. This varies depending on the number of colors in your design. Screen printing is a great option for large orders, but it’s not ideal for small quantities.


    If you need a smaller quantity, we offer other decoration methods, including:


    DTG (Direct-to-Garment) – A high-quality printing process that applies ink directly to fabric, making it perfect for small batches and designs with many colors.

    DTF (Direct-to-Film) – A versatile printing method that transfers full-color designs onto apparel with a heat press, providing durability and vibrant colors.

    Sublimation – A process that embeds the design directly into the fabric, ideal for polyester apparel and full-color, all-over prints.

  • What's the minimum item order for embroidery?

    For our custom embroidery services, there is a one-item minimum per design.   This will be the cost after a one time set up fee if an embroidery file is needed.

    Yes! We provide a free website for your group, organization, or company to collect orders easily. This makes the ordering process simple and efficient for everyone involved.


    2. How does the group ordering website work?


    Once we set up your custom ordering website:

    Members of your group can place orders individually through the site.

    All orders are collected automatically, so there's no need for a coordinator to track them manually.

    When the ordering period ends, we sort and bag each order separately, making distribution easy for you.

  • Do you have set-up fees with screen printing?

    There are no additional fees for screen printing. All costs are built into the quoted price.

  • Do you embroider in-house?

    Yes, all printing and custom embroidery is accomplished in-house by our team of designers. Visit our embroidery store in Liberty, MO. 

  • What can I get custom screen printed?

    We custom-print everything including t-shirts, sweatshirts, quarter zips, bags, and more! If you require extensive screen printing services, you've come to the right place.  All of these items are printed in our Screen print Shop in Liberty,MO!

  • Is screen printing the only way to create a t-shirt?

    No, there are several ways to create a t-shirt beyond screen printing!  Sublimation is a great option for jerseys.  We also print DTG prints and DTF print in-house.  We can print 1 t-shirt or thousands of T-shirts.
